Dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment. We're growing and looking for a skilled, compassionate Dental Assistant to support our dentist(s) chairside and help our patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit.
We don't just want someone to pass instruments and set up trays — we want a valued teammate and a key part of our patient care experience. Here, you work with us, not for us, and your ideas and your voice matter.
We're hiring a Dental Assistant to work alongside our dentist(s) during exams and procedures, prepare and maintain treatment rooms, and support patients clinically from check-in to check-out. Speaking Spanish is a plus, as a significant portion of our patients are more comfortable communicating in Spanish, especially when it comes to understanding procedures and aftercare instructions.
You give your all to our patients and our team. It's time to work somewhere that gives back to you.
Also included: paid time off and vacation pay · 401(k) match · profit sharing · life and health insurance · dental benefits for you and your family · professional development · stable hours — no getting sent home without pay · a privately owned practice, not a corporate DSO.
